Order details: items purchased, size and color choices, quantities, totals, and transaction reference.

Contact details: information you provide in WhatsApp messages and order support enquiries.

Usage data: IP addresses, browser types, and device information collected automatically when you browse our site.

To process and verify payments, fulfill orders, and coordinate delivery.

To send customer order confirmations and internal order notifications.

To provide support for order issues and delivery questions.

To protect against fraud, enforce pricing integrity, and maintain platform security.

Payments are handled by Paystack. Payment card details are processed by Paystack and are not stored on BIAD servers.

After payment, we verify the transaction with Paystack before confirming the order.

Order totals are validated server-side against trusted product prices from our product system.

We use Resend to send order confirmation emails to customers and order alert emails to the BIAD team.

For support and communication, we use WhatsApp links from the website.

Order emails may include contact and delivery details required for fulfillment.

Cart items and order notes are stored locally on your device (via local storage/cookies) to improve shopping continuity.

We retain order and customer data for operational, accounting, legal, and support purposes.

Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.

We do not sell personal data.

We share necessary data only with service providers needed to run the store, including payment, email, hosting, and content infrastructure providers.
