SHIPPING & RETURNS

Delivery
We currently deliver within Lagos only. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery takes 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your area. You will be contacted via the phone number provided at checkout to arrange delivery.
Shipping is ₦4,000 flat across all Lagos areas. Orders above ₦100,000 qualify for free shipping.
Order Confirmation
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your reference number and order details.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of payment, check your spam folder or contact us with your payment reference.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
As a growing brand, we encourage you to review your size, color, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order reference number and a clear photo of the item.
We will review every case and make it right. This is the only exception to our no-returns policy.
